Our Consumer Code of Practice
As a business member (i.e. a ‘Code Member’) of the Approved Code Scheme, (UK) IDES LTD has signed-up to a sector-specific Code of Practice - administered by Renewable Energy Consumer Code (an accredited 'Code Sponsor' organisation). This Code of Practice has been approved by Trading Standards professionals to ensure higher levels of customer service and stronger consumer rights than those included in UK law.

These ensure that the business will do all it can to ensure your satisfaction before a dispute arises. And, if that fails, they have agreed to abide by a simple, low-cost and independent process for dispute resolution - saving you the expense, headache and potential delays of having to go to court (although you can still go to court, if you wish to do so).
